Beef Spaghetti with Red Wine

Main Materials

Spaghetti 200g,

Beef 100g,

Onion 50g,

White Mushrooms 50g,

 

Ingredients

200ml Red wine,

1 tablespoon Cooking wine,

2 tablespoons Soy sauce,

1 tablespoon Oyster sauce,

4 tablespoons Tomato sauce,

2 tablespoons Starch,

1/2 tablespoon Baking soda,

1 piece of Egg white,

Proper salt, pepper powder, olive oil, butter,

 

Directions

  1. To Slice Beef then put into bowl, adding cooking wine, Oyster sauce, egg white with proper salt starch, soda. Mix these ingredients with beef together for around 1 hour.
  2. To prepare onion, white mushrooms then to slice them.
  3. To immerse Spaghetti into water for at least 5 minutes (this way may help Spaghetti more soft and easily cook in the saucepan)
  4. To put the olive oil into the Saute Pan, and then heat the oil; the beef slices prepared put into saute pan, then fried till brown color.
  5. Medium fire to melt butter by this time, then fried the onion slices till aroma.
  6. To put the beef, mushrooms with onions together, then fried.
  7. To pour into 4 tablespoons tomato sauces, 1 tablespoon soya sauce and 1 tablespoon cooking wine, then stir and mix with beef, mushrooms and onions together.
  8. About Spaghetti, to boil it in the saucepan with proper olive oil, salt. When spaghetti is without hard core, then drain the spaghetti by strainer.
  9. To prepare the saucepan again then put the beef, spaghetti into the saucepan together. Next as pour into 200ml red win and 300ml water then mix together, averagely stir these materials.
  10. To boil the materials by medium heat, after that change to low heat for extra half hour.
  11. Finally your beef spaghetti with red wine is finished after watery sauces almost dry.
